Training - RESUMES

Hello Team, I'm sure the past month has really been taking its toll on you, what with our unsolved issues and stuff, but now, things are finally beginning to level out, and settle down.

In other words - Water training Resumes!!

Official training every weekday is now on 3 pm Daily. It will be hot, but at the same time, also short and sweet (Coach: "Maybe one set or two sets only....") , so do keep yourselves hydrated!

The advantages of 2pm training :

1)You can self train in the morning before training, or in the evening after training.

2) You can sleep in, and go home earlier.

In short, train hard, but still have a life.

It all boils down to time management, people.
