Just a quick reminder that Training resumes at 9am on Tuesday.

I didn't send out an SMS reminder on this one, so if you don't show up/are late, without telling me or Yan beforehand, it means that...

a) You weren't listening then

b) You're really forgetful.

c) You didn't even check the blog or ask somebody as a last resort.

Let's hope its none of the above. ^^

Training - RESUMES

Hello Team, I'm sure the past month has really been taking its toll on you, what with our unsolved issues and stuff, but now, things are finally beginning to level out, and settle down.

In other words - Water training Resumes!!

Official training every weekday is now on 3 pm Daily. It will be hot, but at the same time, also short and sweet (Coach: "Maybe one set or two sets only....") , so do keep yourselves hydrated!

The advantages of 2pm training :

1)You can self train in the morning before training, or in the evening after training.

2) You can sleep in, and go home earlier.

In short, train hard, but still have a life.

It all boils down to time management, people.

Training Schedule For MARCH

hey team you do not have to pay for rental for march anymore, as we will be doing our own training programmes for the month of march. Training schedule are as follows:

morning training starts at 9am sharp!
evening training timing may vary due to weather conditions.

MONDAY: [ morning:self training] [evening: swimming]

TUESDAY:[ morning:rowing(meet at swimming complex) ] [evening:gymming]

WEDNESDAY: REST DAY ( probably some team bonding/ dragon boating activities)

THURSDAY:[morning: self training] [evening: meet at swimming complex with your running shoes and swimsuit, we will be doing biathlon. ]

FRIDAY: [same training schedule as of Tuesday]
