PAHANG

Here's a reminder, to those going, remember to pay $50 for the train tix by Thursday and get $380 prepared for payment to coach preferably by Friday.

Remember to get your stuffs and equipments for the trip, I'm too lazy to have a to bring list right now, but you can ask coach or the team what we need to bring since Coach has already briefed us yesterday.

CHECK THAT YOUR PASSPORT IS STILL VALID AND PROCEED TO THE ICA TO HAVE IT RENEWED IF IT ISN'T ASAP. THIS IS IMPORTANT.

Also, please confirm your spot by Thursday 1st October if you're going, we're leaving on Sunday.

Yes, there IS.

To clear up the confusion....

I'm pretty sure none of you fasted, except dear Quim (who's been so hardworking, i'll be surprised if HE wants a break.) , so.....

Since we have no reason to celebrate Hari Raya, we are pleased to announce that there WILL BE TRAINING from MON-FRI as per usual because Papa Coach is back in town with a vengeance to make you row your butts off.

This week's training will be

Mon- Fri

1st session - 9.30am

2nd session - 4pm

Ordinarily, this is part where you clap, whoop and cheer because you've been heavily deprived of water time for the past week. I can almost hear you screaming already. =D

On the other hand, the rest of the seniors are still stuck with Singapore GP.... using the amazing skill of eye power.....

But fret not. We shall not deprove to any great extent by the time we come back!

In fact, we have been doing secret training in the form of Sai gang...

So don't let your guard down!!

Nike Human Race 10K on 24Oct

After clicking the link scroll all the way down to to click "i agree" to continue registration. A credit card is needed to pay online & fyi it only cost $20(under 25) for a 10km run. Trust me is really worth it. i advice u guys to register online at home as it is much more convienient & it will take awhile to fill in your particulars. For the category we will be joining is Men's & Women's Under 25. For the shirt size, it is based on US sizing. So put 1 size down from the usual nike shirt you have unless u want to wear it hip-hop. For me, last year my shirt size is M & it's just nice for me. Okay, thats all u need to know. Any problem u can give me a call , i hope that is not needed as i think it is detailed enough. To avoid dissapointment try to register asap as the closing registration date may be brought forward if the the no. of participants reaches the limit.

Tml training(11sep) will be as usual. Double rowing sessions & optional night running with coach so bring your shoes if you want to run.

Training Resumes

After a half day of training today, tml (10sep) we are having double rowing training at the usual time & place.

Lets all start to train harder & harder. Push ourselves to the limit.
So those who want to join for optional night running with coach are welcome. Its only 1 round of bedok reservoir & running at night is much more enjoyable. If u don't feel like running, its your lost. So bring your running shoe.

Sleep well tonight. Tml going to b a long day.

I know you all are tired and its only the 2nd day of this weeks training. Tomorrow will only be morning training and then all of us can rest up well in the afternoon for the next half a week of double training! Whoooo.

Wei Jie will be incharge of swimming as Coach and I will be away in the morning. Rest up well tonight! I know most of you went of to Mixue party on Sat. :))
