Hi team, great job in the NCCs, we know you guys have put in your utmost effort and you did your team proud. Our next goal is the Invitationals so lets put the pedal to the metal and get ourselves some medals!

There will be no swimming training tomorrow, however, prepare for training on Tuesday. The time will be put up so check back. By the way, the blog will be updated pretty late sometimes, so if you wanna sleep, go ahead, just check back the next morning before you go to school about the specific timings. Otherwise the training days will remain the same.
