Juniors, tomorrow's water training will be at 8AM sharp.
Try to be on time, please. (10 push ups for every 1 minute late)


Rest up well today, tomorrow will be tough.

Friday's training will be swimming, timing to be re-confirmed, but the seniors will be having their swimming test, i suggest everybody be present so that we can see what its like when our turn comes around.
As usual, don't forget your Matrix card, Goggles, and Float.
