Hellooooo maties! Holiday Training schedule up up up!

Ok you all probably know that its everyday already during the hols other than Sunday. Get good rest then. Like sleep in late and eat good food!

Seniors trainings 8am and 4pm respectively. Afternoon session may change depending on coach. Probably to 3pm. Each session lasting 1 1/2 hours. Its gonna be a hell holiday so please stock up on protein shakes, endurox, pandan bread and what nots. :D

Juniors, trainings will be 12pm. Sun is hot hot hot! Like..ahem me. Hahaha so please bring your sunblock. Doubt the timing will change. But coach like to change suddenly so....yea we'll stick to this schedule first. Swimming will be probably sometime later in the week. But not too late in the evening.

So regarding absentism:
Pls infm Wei Jie or me if you cant make it. We dont entertain reasons such as "my dog died" or "i'm aching all over cos yesterday's training was too hard." Projects are fine, but pls pls try to work ard the training schedule unless it really cant be helped. We'll understand. If you are working tell us as well.

Right and just in case a lot of you are stressed over being in this team let me just say that CCA's are actually meant for you to escape from the horrible school work and do something that you actually enjoy. Yes yes theres discipline and lots of hard work inside I admit but thats part and parcel of life isnt it? Always good to cultivate discipline and determination for the future when you work. :) For those that are feeling the pressure of canoe please please come talk to us.

AND YES. I KNOW THAT IM THE BAD GUY DURING TRAININGS CAUSE WEI JIE CANT BEAR TO SCOLD YOU ALL. Trust me, I dont like it either. I have to force myself to do it. :( So forgive me yes. After training I'm your friendly/crazy/wacky/whatever neighbour next door so yes, dont hate me. Haha. Any any problems just come have a chat. I'm always open. :D
